Labrish: The Immersive Dining Club

I hereby acknowledge that Untraditional Eats is not responsible for any occurrence while attending this event, including but not limited to any and all bodily injury and personal or personal property damage. In purchasing and attending this event, I and my guests waive, release, and discharge Untraditional Eats from any and all liability. 

•Tickets may be transferred from one iteration to the nearest upcoming iteration of Labrish.

•Cancellations 5 or more days in advance of the event may receive a refund to their original payment method.

•Cancellations 4 or fewer days in advance of the event may request to transfer their place to the next iteration of the dining club. In the event of 3 consecutive cancelled transfers, the ticketholder forfeits the option to transfer.

Untraditional Eats reserves the right to cancel any staging of Labrish for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders may request a transfer to the nearest upcoming staging of Labrish or a refund to their original method of payment.

Untraditional Eats often works with victims of domestic violence. For their safety, as well as to allow participants to really feel free to engage, the use of any recording device including but not limited to wearable cameras, DSLR cameras, smart glasses, microphones or camcorders are not permitted. Cellphones may be used to capture food, activities provided by Untraditional Eats and hands only, and the head (including the face and back of head) or likeness of any participant, guest, contractor or employee present is not allowed to be included in your cellphone photography or cellphone except with written permission from that person.

By purchasing a ticket, you enthusiastically agree to these terms and, in the case of infractions, agree to compensate the victim of the infraction, as well as Untraditional Eats, in the manner to be determined by the offended party as is reasonably allowable by law.
